How to set up an account?
From the WreckMaster home page click the create an account button in the top right hand corner. Fill out the login details and your profile details. Once all fields are filled out click the register button.
I cant login?
If you are having problem logging in please contact our customer service team at 800 267 2266 or reach us with our online chat service and we would be more than happy to help.
I forgot my password?
If you have forgot your password please click the Sign In button in the top right hand corner of the WreckMaster.com home page. Click on the Lost Your Password link. Enter your username or email address. Once this info has been submitted a link to create a new password will be sent via email.
How do I update my address?
Sign in to WreckMaster.com. Click on My Toolbox in the top right hand corner. Under the My Profile tab click on Edit Profile. Enter any new address information. Click submit to save changes.
How do I add my picture to my profile?
Sign in to WreckMaster.com. Click on My Toolbox in the top right hand corner. Under the My Profile tab click on Edit Profile. At the bottom of the page select the choose file button and select the image you wish to upload. Click submit to save changes.
How do I get added to the WreckMaster mailing list?
If you would like to be added to the WreckMaster mailing list to be notified of an upcoming course in your area please click here and fill out you information.
How do I find a hands-on training course?
Visit WreckMaster.com and click on In-Person Courses. Select find a course. Select the level of training your are interested in by using the filter by level. Then select the filter by state to the state you are looking for training in. if you don't see a course in your are click here to be notified of a course when one is in your area.
Do I have to take the Hands-on courses in order?
There are no prerequisites to attend a WreckMaster Hands-on course, however we do recommend following the path linearly. This will make following the curriculum for each level easier as well as give you the most knowledge possible.
Does attending a Hands-on course count as my certification?
Attending a hands-on course does not make an operator WreckMaster certified, only WreckMaster trained. To earn a certification, an operator must pass a proctored exam.
What time does the class start?
Class will begin at 8:00am each day and run till 5:00pm. We will break 1 hour for lunch.
What do I receive after a Hands-on Training class?
What you will receive at the hands-on class is a class workbook, 1 pair of WreckMaster gloves, 1 WreckMaster decal.
What do I need to bring to a Training class?
Please bring a calculator, notepad and pen. Hands-on portion will be rain or shine so please dress appropriately.
Is the certification included with my hands-on tuition?
Yes, certification is included in your tuition price. Certification exams are scheduled with Proctoru after the class. Each student will take the exam after the class with the use of their computer.
Is the hotel included with my tuition price?
No, the hotel is not included with your tuition price. We recommend a hotel in the area for students that are coming in from out of town.
How do I get a receipt for my tuition payment?
Sign in to WreckMaster.com. Click on My Toolbox in the top right hand corner. To view your hands-on course orders or to print a copy of your receipt click the course orders tab. To print a receipt click on the view invoice button.
How do I cancel / transfer my ticket for a hands-on class?
In order to cancel or transfer a ticket to a new student please call a WreckMaster customer service representative at 800 267 2266 and we would be happy to help you.
What is Wreckmaster cancelation policy.
WreckMaster’s hands-on cancelation policy is a student must contact WreckMaster 48 hours before the class start date in order to receive a full refund. If a student does not contact WreckMaster or contacts Wreckmaster after the 48 hour window that a refund of 50% of the original tuition will be issued.
How to purchase tickets to a class?
Visit WreckMaster.com. Find a course using the find a course function under In-Person courses. Once you have found a course you wish to purchase tickets for click Enrol Now. Confirm that all the class info is correct and that this is the class you wish to purchase tickets for. Enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Click buy now. Confirm all your billing information is correct and enter your payment info.
What are Online Leveled Courses?
Online Leveled Courses are the online versions of WreckMaster’s hands-on training courses. They follow the same curriculum and provide the same knowledge but can be completed from the comfort of your own home. The courses are broken down into lessons and topics and can be completed a student’s own pace. The courses do not include a certification exam, though some include short information retention tests called Knowledge Checks.
What are Tutorials?
WreckMaster Tutorials are short online learning courses featuring techniques, skills and other information designed to make operators more informed and efficient. The courses are broken down into lessons and topics and can be completed a student’s own pace. Tutorials all include short information retention tests called Knowledge Checks.
What are Safety Meetings?
WreckMaster Safety Meetings are unique presentations and content focused on informing towing owners and operators how they can stay as safe as possible while on the road.
What do I get if I take the Online training courses?
Once you complete any of our online training tutorials you will receive a certificate of completion. This can be view and printed from a student learning center.
How do I access my online training course?
Login in to WreckMaster.com. Click on learning center / Partner Dashboard. From the top navigation click on My Tutorials to access any and all tutorials you have access to. To begin the course click the launch button.
Does my training content expire or will I lose access to it?
If you purchase the tutorials alacarte you will always have access to them. Each training course you complete and receive does not expire. If you have purchased a WreckMaster subscription to access the training material then you will only have access as long as you have a valid subscription. If you let your subscription laps or you cancel then all access and previous results will be lost.
How to access your exam?
Once you have purchased your certification exam or you have completed your hands on training you will be granted access to take the on-liner certification exam. Please login to WreckMaster.com. Once you are logged in click on the learning center in the top right hand corner. This will display your training dashboard and you can access the exam from here. If for some reason you do not see the exams in your dashboard please contact us at 800 267 2266.
How long is my certification valid for?
Once you have complete a proctored WreckMaster certification exam, your certification is valid for 3 years. This timer resets if you pass a higher-level certification exam. You are also welcome to recertify at your current level at any time before or after your certification expires.
What are the prerequisites for leveled certification?
While hands-on and online training are both open for anyone to take, certification must be done sequentially. The only exception to this is Level 2/3, where a Level 1 certification is not required.
What is proctoring and why do I have to do it?
Proctoring makes your certification more authentic by ensuring that the exam was in fact completed by you as well as making sure there was no cheating involved on the exam. Proctoring includes a number of technical requirements. To learn more about proctoring, click here.
Do I have to recertify at the same level?
If your certification is expiring, you do not have to recertify at the same level. However, if you wish to move up a level in certification, you must challenge the next level’s proctored certification exam and pass with a score of 75% or higher.
What if I fail?
If you fail the certification exam you will receive an email stating that you did not meet the minimum grade for the certification. The email will provide you with a coupon code that will give you a 50% discount of a rewrite attempt of the exam. Please place another order for the certification exam using the coupon code and follow the proctor scheduling steps as before.
What do I get once I pass?
If you pass a WreckMaster proctored certification you will receive a Wreckmaster ID card, and a WreckMaster crest. The ID card will have your WreckMaster ID number, certification level and certification expiry date. This will be mailed to you 2 to 4 weeks after you have completed the certification exam.
How long until I get my ID card?
Please allow 2 to 4 week for and ID card to be mailed to you.
Is the certification nationally recognized?

How do I reorder an ID card?
If you need to re-order a copy of your WreckMaster ID card please visit WreckMaster.com. Click on shop located on the home page of WreckMaster.com. Click on training material or search ID card in the search box. Add item to your cart and follow the checkout process. In the order notes section please indicate the WreckMaster ID number and who the ID card reprint is for.
How do I print my certificate?
Login in to WreckMaster.com. Click on your Learning Center or Partner Dashboard. Find the tutorial, leveled course or hands-on training you wish to print the certificate for. Under training certificate click view and this will open up the certificate as a PDF and you can print for your records.
What to do if you did not receive your If card?
If you have not received your ID card in the 2 to 4 weeks after you have completed your certification please contact us at 800 267 2266 and we can open an investigation to see where your ID card is.
How do I place an order?
Visit WreckMaster.com and click on shop. Add any product that you wish to order to your cart. When you are ready to check out click on your cart in the top right hand corner of the page. Enter all your contact information and shipping information. Click continue to shipping method. Select the shipping that you would like and click continue to payment method. Enter your payment method and click complete order.

Is there a warranty on the WreckMaster products?

Will I be charged tax?
Yes, some states we will have to charge tax on orders. If you have questions with regards to tax rates and if they apply please call one our customer service reps at 800 267 2266.
What is the partner program?
WreckMaster partner program is designed to allow you and your team to access an ever-expanding list of online tools and training designed to help you run a safer, more efficient and more successful towing company.
Is the partner program free?
Yes, to sign up for the partner program is free.
What do I get if i sign up for the partner program?
You will have access to add team members to your dashboard. You will be able to assign course, tutorials and certification exams to each operator. You will also be able to track their process.
What do I get with a subscription?
Purchase a monthly subscription for one or more of your team members to give them access to an ever-expanding library of tutorial videos, lessons and quizzes for a low, all-inclusive price.
Can I just order individual tutorials?
Yes, all the Wreckmaster tutorials are offer a la cart.
